The swim course will be a counter clockwise triangle measured at 1000 meters. The "Short" course will be 1 lap and the "Long" course will, naturally, be 2 laps. Please click on the links, below, to view the maps. You also blow up the maps after clicking on the link:
After exiting the transition area, participants will exit Heritage Landing, running East on the bike path alongside Shoreline Drive. This out and back course is flat and fast and will have aid stations for your benefit. Mile markers will be on the course.
